The hotel is named after the first chief architect of Saint Petersburg
Trezzini Art Hotel opened on 27 May 2006 in the historic centre of Saint Petersburg, on Vasilyevsky Island. Almost 300 years ago it was Domenico Trezzini who drew up the city's first master plan and began its earliest construction.
Arriving here, you find yourself in a corner of Saint Petersburg that has changed little over time. St Andrew's Cathedral and the hotel building, the Troekurov House and Andreevsky Market, the Sixth Line and Bolshoy Prospekt were all designed by Trezzini. You can see all of it from the hotel windows.
For more than 20 years we have welcomed well-known musicians, actors, writers and artists coming for an exhibition or an opera. Our guests are also business travellers, university applicants and food lovers heading for the famous restaurants of Russia's culinary capital. And, of course, tourists.
